Vacuum oven is used for drying, heating, or curing materials in a controlled, low-pressure environment. It minimizes oxidation and thermal degradation, making it suitable for delicate or heat-sensitive substances. Built with a stainless steel inner chamber and insulated walls, it ensures even heat distribution. The system includes a PID temperature controller, vacuum and gas inlet valves, and operates on 230V AC.- Double-wall construction for enhanced insulation.
- Inner chamber: Polished 304 stainless steel.
- Outer body: Mild steel with epoxy powder coating.
- 75mm thick high-grade glass wool insulation.
- Uniform heating via gentle heating elements.
- PID microprocessor controller with ±1°C accuracy.
- PT-100 sensor for precise temperature detection.
- Two valves: one for 760 mm Hg vacuum, one for inert gas inlet.
- Door made of SS 304/M.S with glass window.
- Operates on 230V ±10%, 50Hz power supply.
